통화 소리는 기기와 기기 사이를 곧바로(또는 암호화된 중계 서버를 거쳐) 오가고, 울림 서버에 저장되지 않아요.
2. 누구에게 맡기나요
- Anthropic(미국) — 통화 요약·번역, 음성·글 메시지 번역에 쓰는 AI(Claude). 기기에서 받아쓴 글과 번역을 청한 메시지의 글만 보내요(소리가 아니에요). 앱에서 동의한 사람의 글만 보내고, 설정에서 언제든 동의를 거둘 수 있어요. Anthropic 은 이 글을 모델 학습에 쓰지 않아요(API 약관).
- Apple · Google — Apple·Google 로그인(내가 고른 경우 · 이름과 이메일만 받아요), 푸시 알림과 착신 알림 전달, 기기 안 받아쓰기(구글 음성 인식은 크메르어처럼 기기에 없는 말일 때 온라인으로 받아써요).
- Amazon Web Services(SES) — 이메일 로그인 여섯 자리 메일만 보내요.
- 문자 발송 업체 — 번호를 넣을 때의 인증번호 문자만 보내요: 한국 번호는 문자왕국(nicesms), 캄보디아 번호는 Plasgate.
- 서버 — 대한민국 서울의 클라우드 서버에 저장해요.
광고를 하지 않고, 개인정보를 팔거나 광고·추적에 쓰지 않아요.
3. 내 권리
- 앱의 설정 → 계정까지 지우기로 언제든 계정과 서버의 내 정보를 지울 수 있어요.
- AI 요약·번역 동의는 설정 → 통화 녹음·요약·번역 → AI 요약·번역 동의에서 거둘 수 있어요.
- 내 정보를 보거나 고치거나 지우고 싶으면 saytohenry@gmail.com 로 알려 주세요.
4. 어린이
울림은 만 14세 미만을 위한 서비스가 아니에요. 만 14세 미만이면 보호자의 동의가 필요해요.
5. 바뀔 때
이 방침이 바뀌면 앱과 이 페이지로 알려요.

1. What we collect
- Sign-in details — your email address and your Apple or Google account identifier, to sign you in and recover your account if you lose your devices (until you delete your account).
- Phone number (optional) — only if you add it, so people who saved your number can find you (until you remove it or delete your account).
- Name, avatar, status — shown to your contacts (until deletion).
- Contacts' phone numbers, hashed — to find which of your contacts use Ullim. Original numbers are never sent.
- Messages, photos, files, voice messages — delivered to recipients; kept on the server for 30 days.
- Voice message transcripts and translations — kept with the message for 30 days.
- Call transcript text for summaries (only if you turn summaries on) — deleted as soon as the summary is made (at most 15 minutes).
- Call translation captions — not stored.
- Call recordings — stay on your device only; never uploaded.
- Device ID, push token, call quality statistics — to deliver calls and notifications and improve call quality.
Call audio travels device-to-device (or through an encrypted relay) and is not stored on our servers.
2. Service providers
- Anthropic (USA) — AI (Claude) for call summaries, call translation and voice message translation. Only text transcribed on the device is sent (never audio), and only from users who consented in the app. Consent can be withdrawn anytime in Settings. Anthropic does not train models on this data (API terms).
- Apple, Google — Sign in with Apple / Google (if you choose it; we receive only your name and email), push delivery and speech recognition (Google recognizes online when a language, such as Khmer, is not available on the device).
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — sends the six-digit email sign-in code only.
- SMS providers — verification codes only, when you add a phone number: Munjawangguk (nicesms) for Korean numbers, Plasgate for Cambodian numbers.
- Hosting — cloud servers in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
We show no ads and do not sell personal data or use it for tracking.
3. Your rights
Delete your account and server data anytime in Settings → Delete account. Withdraw AI consent in Settings → Call recording, summary & translation. Contact saytohenry@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion.
4. Children
Ullim is not intended for children under 14.
